Experiencing Caesars New Orleans was a mixed bag of highs and lows. the modern guest rooms offered breathtaking views, but the hidden fees and lack of thorough cleaning left much to be desired. Despite the noise and subpar amenities, the location by the convention center was convenient. the staff's rudeness overshadowed the positive aspects of the stay. Ultimately, the potential for improvement was evident, but the overall experience fell short of expectations.
